What is a GapCross app?
In the GapCross platform, an app is a blueprint or template for a workflow. An app could establish: sections; questions or step-by-step instructions; answer settings; tips and references; and rules for scoring, flags, logic, and visibility.

What's the difference between an app and an assessment?
In GapCross, an assessment is an executed workflow using an app template. An assessment will contain actual data—for instance answers to questions, notes, attachments, and follow-up actions—and can be locked or permanently recorded.

Do I have to create my own apps from scratch?
No! In addition to letting you create your own apps, GapCross offers standard apps created by industry professionals. If you need help, our team can work with you to transform your policies, processes, and training into applications that meet your requirements.
