Partnership options

We offer three partnership structures, each designed to match a different level of engagement and investment. All partners receive onboarding training and access to GapCross resources.

OPTION 1

Referral Partner

The simplest way to partner with GapCross. Refer a company that would benefit from the platform, and earn a commission when the deal closes. No sales involvement is required beyond the introduction.

    • Register the company you are referring through the GapCross partner portal. GapCross will review and confirm your registration within two (2) business days, including in cases where a conflict may exist

    • Once confirmed, make a warm introduction. Connect GapCross directly with your contact so we are never approaching your relationship cold.

    • GapCross manages the sales process from that point through to close.

    • Earn 30% of the first-year contract value upon successful close.

  • Consultants, advisors, and firms that regularly encounter organizations struggling with standards implementation or compliance workflow and want to provide a trusted referral without taking on a sales role.

OPTION 2

Sales & Support Partner

For partners who want a deeper commercial relationship: Participate in the sale, own the client relationship, and earn ongoing revenue as long as the client remains active.

    • Register the company you are referring through the GapCross partner portal. GapCross will review and confirm your registration within two (2) business days, including in cases where a conflict may exist.

    • Provide ongoing client support, training reinforcement, and relationship management post-close.

    • Earn 50% of the first-year contract value at close.

    • Earn 30% of ongoing contract revenue for each year you maintain the client relationship.

  • Consulting firms, professional services organizations, and advisory practices that work with clients on a retained or ongoing basis and can serve as the primary point of contact for GapCross within those accounts.

OPTION 3

Platform Integration Partner

For software platforms, enterprise applications, or industry-specific tools that want to embed GapCross workflow capabilities directly within their product, delivering a more complete solution to their users.

    • GapCross is configured to operate within or alongside your existing platform

    • Your users access GapCross-powered workflows as a native part of your product experience

    • Pricing and revenue sharing are negotiated based on deployment scope, user volume, and integration complexity

  • echnology companies, standards organizations, and enterprise platform providers that serve industries where compliance, quality management, or operational procedures are central to the user workflow. This option is particularly well-suited for organizations such as standards development bodies seeking to transform document-based standards into digital execution tools.
